TEXTILE. ART

We create distinctive Textile Art with a contemporary twist as individual pieces with the accent on texture and colour.

We are based in North Yorkshire, where the glorious countryside and historic buildings, gives us inspiration for our art.

Each piece of art is constructed, incorporating raw materials such as sheep's wool, together with silk, velvet, cotton, paper, painted cloth and re-cycled fabrics. These are then hand dyed, spun, woven and knitted.

The handbags and scarves are inspired by the beautiful Art Deco and Art Nouveau buildings in Yorkshire, a legacy of our heritage as the premier textile manufacturing region of the world.

Our textile wall art is influenced by the moorlands of the Pennines, the Dales and the extensive coastal areas. Yorkshire's magnificent beaches are depicted in our coast hangings.

Cushions interpret the forests, flora and fauna and the great abbeys, cathedrals and churches of Yorkshire.

All artwork shown is for sale at prices starting from £80. We also accept commissions.
